27 Sound Track Privacy Policy
27 Sound Track is a game for players aged 9 and older. It does not require an account or sign-in and does not ask for a real name, email address, phone number, contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.
Data the game processes
The game and its leaderboard service may process:
- a randomly generated installation identifier;
- a player-selected three-letter tag;
- level number, completion time, selected ball skin, platform and game version;
- compact gameplay replay samples for runs that qualify for the public leaderboard;
- replay quota and rewarded-ad credit records linked to a hashed installation identifier.
The three-letter tag, score details and qualifying replay can be visible to other players in the per-level world leaderboard. Players can cancel instead of submitting a qualifying run.
Rewarded ads and Google services
The Android version uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads may automatically process an IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers such as an app-set identifier for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
The app removes Android advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. Ads are configured as child-directed for every player, limited to the G content rating and requested through Google Play Families self-certified ad technology. The game does not send its own installation identifier to Google Mobile Ads.
Why data is used
- to operate world leaderboards and playable replays;
- to enforce replay limits, award optional ad rewards and prevent abuse;
- to provide contextual rewarded ads;
- to measure service reliability and diagnose technical problems.
Storage, security and retention
Connections to the leaderboard and Google services use HTTPS encryption. Leaderboard entries and their replay data are retained while they remain in the limited top-ranking set. Quota, ad-reward and security records are retained only as needed to operate and protect the service. Service providers may keep technical logs under their own retention policies.
Requesting deletion
You can ask the developer to delete leaderboard and replay information associated with your installation. Use the developer contact shown on the 27 Sound Track Google Play listing and include:
- the words 27 Sound Track data deletion request;
- your three-letter player tag;
- the level and approximate date or completion time of the run, if known.
The developer will use this information only to locate the relevant record and will normally complete a verified request within 30 days. Active leaderboard, replay, quota and reward records that can be identified will be deleted. Limited security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary.
Children and families
The app is designed to comply with the Google Play Families policy. It does not collect direct contact details or precise location, does not transmit the Android advertising ID, and limits ads to child-appropriate content.
